TERMS AND CONDITIONS
➠ clients' information will be highly confidential.
➠ strictly payment first policy - half payment basis. client should pay half of the payment for us to start working on the commission, and the half must be settled first before i send the output.
➠ 1-2 free minor revisions within the day i send the output. succeeding revision will have minimal charge. research paper are free for any revisions.
➠ @kimacademiaa has the right to decline works deemed undoable.
➠ rude customers will not be entertained and automatically blocked.
➠ be mindful that we don't have fixed rates. prices may vary depending on the output and request of the client.
➠ 0-3 days before the deadline will be considered RUSH. rush commissions will have a charge.
➠ clear and precise Instructions, references, guidelines, and exact deadline should be provided by the client.
➠ clients' must fill up the commission form before we accept the commissions and before sending the payment.
➠ strictly NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUND.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of a task is not permitted once work has started and a payment has been made.However, If you decide to cancel the task before we have initiated any work, you are eligible for a refund. in such cases, the refund amount will be 50% of the total payment.

REVISION POLICY
Free Minor Revisions:
➠ You are entitled to 1-2 free minor revisions within 24hrs after receiving the output.
➠ Free revisions are granted only if the error is our fault (e.g., failure to follow your provided instructions).
➠ If the instructions or details you provided were incomplete or unclear, and the error arises due to that, free revisions will not apply.
(If you give new or additional instructions after we’ve started or completed the task, this is not covered under free revisions and will incur a charge.)

➠ Our work is tailored to your instructions. If you are satisfied with the output but it does not meet someone else’s expectations (e.g., a professor or friend), this is beyond our control.
